Custom Single Part Testers

Berran has made production pressure decay/mass air flow testers for more than six years, primarily for the automotive market. We are capable of sealing parts with large diameters and multiple openings to less than 10 sccm in under 12 sec stabilization and test time. (Pressure decay is much faster but not as sensitive.) This level of capability in a low-cost, large-opening production machine was unheard of five years ago. Our customized machine-building and programming capability allows us to readily add cameras for foam, clamps, rivets, grommet sensors, etc, and display pass/fail numbers. We can also help you set up your testing criteria. We've received orders for testing natural gas meters and pressure switches. We have also produced portable leak testers for field inspection use.
